Full name and email address (account registration, demo requests, lead forms); company name, job title, and team size; billing and payment information, processed securely via third-party payment gateways; and communications you send us, such as support tickets, feedback, and emails.
IP address, browser type, and operating system; pages visited, time spent, and clickstream data; device identifiers and session data; and referral URLs and campaign source parameters (UTM data).
Figma design files and metadata accessed when you connect your Figma account; test execution data, screenshots, and logs generated during platform use; and OAuth tokens from connected services, which are stored securely and never shared.
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve the TesterEye platform; process demo requests and respond to enquiries; send transactional emails such as account setup, test reports, and execution alerts; send product updates and marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time; analyse usage patterns to improve product features; detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When you connect TesterEye to your Figma account, we access only the design files and frames you explicitly authorise. Design data is processed solely to generate test cases and is not stored beyond what is necessary for that purpose. We do not share your Figma data with any third party, and you may revoke Figma access at any time from your TesterEye account settings or directly from your Figma account.
TesterEye uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, analyse traffic via analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and track the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
You may control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances: with service providers — third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform, such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery, under strict confidentiality obligations; with analytics partners, who receive aggregated, anonymised data; where required under legal requirements, such as by law, court order, or government authority; or during business transfers, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with prior notice.
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only, and we conduct periodic security reviews of our platform. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours in accordance with applicable law.
While we implement industry-standard safeguards, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically, account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months; test execution logs and reports are retained for 90 days by default, configurable in account settings; and marketing enquiry data is retained for 24 months from last interaction.
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 10).
TesterEye is intended for use by professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data: access, to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; correction, to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; deletion, to request erasure of your personal data ("right to be forgotten"); portability, to request your data in a structured, machine-readable format; objection, to object to processing of your data for marketing purposes; and withdrawal of consent, to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.
